Waste Watch is recruiting for doorsteppers who will be working to improve public awareness of recycling services through direct interaction with residents as well as distribution of printed literature.
The post is based in Thurrock and will last for five weeks.

Education Officer in Rotherham Reference: | EO/Rotherham | Salary: | £20,453 |
Waste Watch is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to continue delivery of its successful Taking Home Action on Waste project with schools in the Rotherham area. The project is funded jointly by the Community Recycling and Economic Development (CRED) Fund and Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
Applicants for the post should have experience and confidence in working with primary children and be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of ways in which to deliver successful school-based waste education. You will be expected to demonstrate initiative and have excellent communication skills and a clean driving licence and access to a car. The successful candidate will hold or be willing to obtain advanced CRB clearance.

Waste Watch is recruiting for recycling surveyors to work in Bexley. Successful candidates will be surveying the behaviour and commitment of residents living in estates towards recycling. This information will be used to monitor the impact of a communications and doorstepping campaign on resident recycling behaviour.
The post is based in Bexley and will last for four weeks.
