Community engagement
For us, engagement means building the knowledge, values, skills and motivation that enable people to make a difference.
Our community engagement services include:
- Building capacity through ‘champions’ (individuals, groups and networks) to take action and lead their own community
- Working in partnership with other organisations to build sustainability through their programmes and bring communities together
- Developing and running volunteer programmes
- Managing face to face communication campaigns, including roadshows, doorstepping, events and workshops
- Producing guidance, toolkits, activities and games to support others
- Testing and evaluating innovative community engagement approaches
- Recruiting, managing and supporting community engagement staff working on behalf of our clients in community engagement campaigns
