Collection crew training
Our collection crew training is specially designed to help local authorities get the best from their crews and improve recycling service provision.
Crew training sessions can be arranged to cover a wide variety of issues or concentrate on a specific topic. Topics may include:
- what can and cannot be collected and why;
- what happens to materials;
- communicating service changes;
- dealing with contamination; and
- customer care.
Each training programme will be tailored to your objectives and will be flexible to fit in with the daily routine of collection crews. Sessions also provide an opportunity for crews to feedback any problems and successes to management.
We also train household waste recycling centre, call centre and street enforcement officer staff.
